As you likely already know, we have had to move the next Coastal Carolina Off-Road Series Mountain Bike Race to the Bicycle Post Trails this coming weekend (Sun, Feb 26th). This change was due to some problems at the previous venue, in Havelock, NC. We know this is short notice, but we still need several additional volunteers to help put on the event this coming weekend. If you can help with some of these tasks, or if you have friends, family members, etc. that will be out there anyways and can help out PLEASE respond directly to me (

The volunteer needs are as follows:
• 3 setup & registration (11:45am - 2pm)
• 3 timing (1:30 - 4:30 pm)
• 1 photographer (1:00 - 5:00pm or any fraction of this time)
• 2 mtb course marshals/communication (1:00 - 4:30pm)
• 4 cleanup (4:30 - 5:00pm)
