My name is Jason Honeycutt, I am the GM at King Tiger Tae Kwon Do on Fire Tower Road. Here at the school we are always looking for a way to give back to the community. I have recently started running (the flat out 5k last year was my first ever race) and the amount of support I have gotten from local runners is amazing! So to help return the favor our school will be hosting a free "Runner's self defense seminar" this Saturday starting at 1:00. It will be right here at the school (120 East Fire Tower road) and is designed to help runners be safer and feel safer as the season kicks off. I know you guys are not "runners" per se, but many runners cross train and this event is for everyone in the community.
