This bike was converted to a fixie, but is too big for me at 6'2". It has no rust, its been repainted but could stand to be repainted again, doesn't have brakes or any other components given it's 35 y/o and they wouldn't work very well anyway. Your choice from a box of saddles. The weight isn't too bad considering it's age and rides like a Cadillac.
